I requested a Duracell 600 Watt Powerpack from Duracell Direct.com and obtained it on 7/26. When I was studying the guide, and on site 3 may be the substance checklist where they let you know to check on it down of course if there’s something absent, to contact Customer Support on page 46. ISSUE Number 1: Well the electricity charging wire was lacking and so I examined the system to determine if there is a storage area, which there's none. Etc 7/27, I named the Customer Support. ISSUE Number 2: The Client Service Rep. Stated, “He can’t help me. You have to contact the area I purchased from”. I told him the maual believed to contact this quantity. His response, “The guides incorrect. You have to contact the area from wherever you bought it”. Okay, and so I contact Duracell Immediate and keep in touch with Armando, informing him I’m lacking the power Charging Cable. I gave him my purchase quantity and also the item that I bought. ISSUE # 3: He informs me to check on the storage area, that we told him this device doesn’t have one. I suppose the workers don’t understand their items they market trigger the 600 doesn’t have any. After recognizing it doesn’t have one, he informs me he’s delivering one out asap. ISSUE # 4: It’s 8/22 and that I haven’t obtained my electricity Charging Cable therefore I contact Duracell Immediate again and offered them my purchase quantity, let them know what’s my scenario and who I spoke to. He returns on and claims, “Oh yes Armando would contact one to let you know we can’t deliver the electricity Charging Cable which I'd need to deliver the entire device back”. I’m simply ashamed! All-they needed to do was remove the electricity Getting wire from another device and deliver that out in my experience and also have their merchant change it. I will quickly get a power Charging Cable by myself but, I taken care of it currently! It should’ve experienced the container! Anyhow, I’m utilizing the 600 Powerpack which operates perfect and contains plenty of energy! Simply hurts that Duracell cares so small for that customers who maintain them running a business.
