Bought a DVD collection (Spenser: For-Hire) so when it arrived, discovered it completely unwatchable. Approached organization 6 times by mail to obtain a return target (since no tackle or telephone # was outlined on the site), so when they ultimately responded, the return handle was in China. Their customer care recommended me to pay for half the total amount due and maintain the DVD collection, since the price to come back the set could be significantly more than the initial sum billed ($57.00). These folks have a significant fraud planning.
