The corporation positioned costs on my mastercard of $19.95 2 times. To get a total of $ 39.90. I approached them by their telephone number 800-475-1942 plus they explained they'd send me an application to fill out to obtain a reimbursement. Plus they couldn't perform a return by phone in those days. I obtained the form letter and they explained i could not obtain a return!!! Again. Just how can these people do that??? I do not actually know what the charges are for. How do the corporation be handled??? And how do i find my mastercard acknowledged for that $ 39.90. Somebody please respond. Thanks.
