Directv is just a scam musician, after they signal you up, they hit you with fes left and correct, and when you don't spend, they ruin your credit. For just two years we now have had them, and contains been continuing since. You pay a statement, after which another bill is available in with different costs, you call and they keep you in one department to a different, a miasma of individuals, you attempt to disconnect by which we've attempted about five times!!! Plus they tell you a butt of lies, that last about 2 weeks, you then are back to exactly the same insanity again. They tell you that the bill will be one quantity, and also the next onth its another quantity. They say this which will be free, but its not the case. Everytime we try to cancel they provide us someone else, then another, till they've us so exhausted, we pay the bill and listen for the following rest, of chnged and reduced monthly costs, that never arrive or occur, you then are back once agian calling and rescheduling. This time around we went prior to the sport, we employed another organization, they arrived disconnected evrything, boxed it for all of us, after which we called to stop, since you guessed it, the about tripled your statement. Dont even ask me how to describe this 1, but i let you know they've a solution for this all. Today once again to the phone for over one hour, and also the last person stated they'd need to get someone who speaks spanish? Why my man requires? Since she cant aid us because region? What region? Hispanic region. I speak english however, i m sorry she claims, i've to transfer you. Well little do they believe that getting someone about the phone who speaks spanish will change the truth that we disconected them days before. And have service with another organization. Obviously int his past time, we've been tramsfered to 5 people. Hungup on and transferred many times. Ut oh can you belive it, we were again hungup on!!! Again calling this time around, the american english speaking is on the point. Being transfered. Called again, about the phone for 45 moments, today totaling over 2 hours around the telephone, but ultimately terminated. Whoa. However they are still insisting with this big statement, i delivered an email for the company, someone to the president and boss of directv and ripped anything i've delivered. The planet is a decietful location.
