Simply used 3 5 hours about the telephone with directv and skylink. No body confirmed for the planned appt to obtain fresh devices along with a meal. I had been used in India and back, saying my account many times. Got hungup on 4 times. (placed on store twice, no one actually arrived back.). I'll stop my support. I've a buddy who are able to assist me get satellite underneath the desk we shall state. I'll never purchase satellite or wire again.:)
