I've been calling direct television for greater than a month regarding change termination fee reimbursement. I had been guaranteed that they can deliver a look for 6-8 months since July. So far I've not gotten any check. After I named the final week that they can credit it but so far they've not deliver a check or credit it. It appeared to me that Primary TV has routine of deceiving their costumer. I am not alone worrying about their solutions. They've guaranteed as well as delivered me a statement that it was credit it. However for over 4 weeks of waiting that reimbursement didn't occurred. It's an outrage the things they are performing their costumer. They must be punished. I really hope their will soon be an activity against Directv. Thanks greatly
