I shifted to some differant condo in my own complex in July 08. I named Direct Television to reinstall my satilite to my fresh apartment. Well 6 months later I named to determine exactly what the standing is plus they stated they didn't approach the reimbursement and might go right ahead and achieve this today... Therefore another four weeks pass... And that I obtain a phone from selections...
Appear I had been delivered to selections for not spending a statement that I don't owe in the place of being delivered a reimbursement for the remainder of my agreement they were taken care of...
Today after 13 hours on-hold, over twelve supervisers, my credit being screwed with, but still no reimbursement of the cash I'm owed I'm getting them to Small-Claims Court. I am also composing a notice towards the BBB and processing a with them aswell.
I'll never utilize Qwest or Direct Television and recomend everybody who's utilizing them to change from their store... I've never been handled thus badly in most my decades, and wish this helps other people from going right through this... John Z
