$280 Termination Fee After Pausing Service for Four Months

I have been a customer for over 7 years. I needed to cancel my service for 4 months while out of town. They charged me a 280.00 termination fee. They said I was under contract because they sent me a replacement box. I signed nothing and was told nothing. Bad company. Anyone wishing to obtain satellite TV should look elsewhere.
