Over charging

They are over charging me for the protection plan, which they said that they charge one month in advanced. But when I spoked with Ira (supervisor) on May 16th and she re assured me that I was ONLY going to get charge the $5.99 for the protection plan that is it. Now they want to charge me $8.78 plus $5.99 for my July bill.

I always have this problem with them they ALWAYS say there will not be any extra charges and that is a lie.
