Salesman misled me

The salesman offered me incorrect info on a couple of things, that have obtained hours of phone and driving time to change. (1) I requested for a long guarantee and he offered me an application to signal for something different. (2) I questioned easily might spend by American Express and he explained "yes" subsequently had me complete a software to get a Bestbuy no-awareness cost strategy he stated might be billed to my Amex card. That also was poor info. After I named to keep in touch with the store-manager I had been placed on store to get a very long time and not got through.

Bestbuy is meant to become about comfort. Our knowledge is simply the alternative. I would rather spend a little more and obtain great support than cope with a lot of beginners.

Only noticed Bestbuy inventory is down 17% previously 5 weeks. Wonder why.
