I requested some DVDs out of this organization on September 29th plus they charged my charge card on October 2. I ultimately could cope with for them plus they stated that my DVDs were on back-order. Today I observe that I can't access it their site, and so I imagine they turn off. I'm today cheated out-of $120.58. Any suggestions on the best way to get my money-back?
