Inexcusable Customer Service

Your day we decreased the "free" quality channels that have been section of our new client purchase strategy, we dropped party on over fifty percent of different stations. We documented this 24 hours later. We were wandered via a quantity of actions with a customer support representative. These didn't function so he recommended we rise on the top (we've a-3 history home) and browse the meal. We declined to achieve that and were informed to provide it a try for some more times to determine when the issue might correct itself. We named again 24 hours later to setup something phone and were wandered through more doit-yourself fix actions. This method continued for 5 times. Whenever a support phone was ultimately put up we were informed our warrenty had terminated and we'd need to purchase it in addition to any repairs. We would never of spending money on repairs on something which was rented and never held outright. We wanted our agreement be terminated. We were subsequently used in Tony (logo amount U7402) within the Preservation Abandon in AL. He decided to deliver something individual 7 days later to set up brand new wiring, a brand new meal, and fresh devices at free to us. Once the support technology came his work-order didn't fit the contract. He spoke with Shane in identification to correct out the problem. Shane approved him simply to check the devices. They worked, however the issue was still there. More calls were designed to Shannon and Ben in okay. Ben stated is was a software issue. To be continued
