On Feb. 14, Sirius transformed its development the following:

1. Decreased Cspan

2. Placed activities development on WRN (World Radio Community)

3. Fallen Discovery Channel

4. Decreased NPR programming: Market & additional recent activities programming.

5. Reprogrammed the two NPR channels to operate applications again and again within a 24 hour time.

Customers were never provided any way to criticism or even to withdraw their subscribers without fee.

Sirius can't claim to possess low-marketing community affairs programming. I'm processing a using the FCC regarding this case.
