Complaint / review text:
I had brought SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB2 P3100 few months back, I had got many repairs since 3 months i. E while charging the tablet it works but when it is discharged at the moment network is disconnected and no data, phones are connected also it shut down while it is in use and I went to nearest customer care for many time. At first they updated software and same problem is repeated with in 4 days. I approached them again, at this time they changed with new PBA and it worked properly for 2 weeks only and same problem is repeted. I often approaching them evey week but no use as my warranty is going to end within few months.
So I hope Samsung care may solve my problem or replace my tab as I am a student I need huge use of it in my life.
