I am a owner of (2) samsung Galaxy2 phones with MODEL NO GT I9100.. But nw i am un. And disappointed with the sevices of the samsng. One of my phone is gtng regular update of the phne software n app software but for my second phne i litrally dispointed with the services i am nt getng any single update of my phne software. I recently visited samsung customer care centre regrndng this query and rhey efused to update my phone (samsung galaxy s2) with the latest phone software.
