I don't have cable and all, but when I go to my friend's house, I always want to watch Disney Channel. And it's really irritating to watch because all you see on the screen are white people! (no offense) I think Disney should have more blacks, asians, mexicans, indians, etc. Come on, the world doesn't revolve around Americans. I mean these days, the only shows/movies with African-American's are these stereo-type movies where we have to act gangly, ghetto, disrespectful, etc. Disney needs to make some changes with the diversity on their shows. Black people in this world can sing, dance and act too! What happened to That's So Raven, Penny Proud, Corey In The House, and Sister Sister? Why is Liv and Maddie, Jessie, A.N.T. Farm, Good Luck Charlie, etc. Literally have americans as the main characters? And I'm not just pointing out to Disney, I'm talking about movies and shows also. I know they have movies like Men In Black and Why Did I Get Married Too? But what about movies these days like Carrie, The Mortal Instruments, and The Conjuring? (Basically all american people!!!) Come on, we can do all those things too. I know I want to change the acting industry by putting african americans in more normal movies, not ones based on stereo types.
