Ripoff - called me stupid, ignorant, deadbeat and my mother a "bitch"

I returned a phone call to Kim Lacey of ACS on a debt owed Citi-bank. I infirmed her we were destitute and please stop calling and correspond via mail if necessary. She informed me that I was a stuipd, ignorant deadbeat and she would call me every day until we paid or had our phone disconnected. I said WOW! That's pretty harsh talk, your a real hard nosed bitch aren't you? She hollered back NO, that's your mother and hung up. The call is on tape.
