Yesterday, Friday the 26th of April, my phone went out. I call time warner and was on the phone for 1Hour. Fine, they couldn't fix the problem. After calling back 4 times within that hour because I got disconnected, the tech in Buffalo named Mark, made me an appointment for Saturday the 27th of April for a tech to come between 3 and 4pm. So I waited alllllllll day, couldn't go to work and at 4pm I called TW on a borrowed trac phone which cost. 25 a minute. Then I got the woman saying the tec was out there at 9;30am and I didn't answer the door. I have a door bell, he never rang it, they said he knocked, I have a dog which would of heard them knock. Anyway I talked to the supervisor named Maria, which was in Rochester NY, and talked to me like a robot saying no one can help me because the tec was already there at 9:30 am. I WAS HERE!!! And that the appointment today was for an all day service. BULL! Mark the tec in Buffalo said they would be here at 3-4PM. I'm VERY upset with this company. I lost a days pay waiting for no one and am extremely upset!
