Fresh windows install, directly into my modem, between 2am and 9am, i get 6 megs, between 9:01am and 1:59am, i get 1 meg down. 115 up. VERY unacceptable, have made several complaint with no avail. I am aware of traffic throttling, but this is way overboard, and i am almost 100% wasting money as i cant even watch a youtube 360p video without it buffering.
