I placed my first order for the 2 new digital conversion kits to be mailed to me on Feb. 1. I was told it would be 3-5 working days to receive them by FedEx. On Feb. 8th I called customer service because I hadn't receive the kits. I was told my order "was just sitting there" and she would re-enter the order. Again told 3-5 working days to receive them. Feb. 21 came around and I STILL hadn't received them. I was again told "your order is just sitting there" and he would re-enter the order. Again told 3-5 working days and I would receive them. Finally I did receive two kits on Feb. 25. I connected the two kits on Feb. 27 as instructed by the manuals. Got the correct blinking lights as the instructions said I would. Waited as it took over an hour and a half for the boxes to "update" and finally got a message on the tv screens that said if they didn't activate in 60 minutes to call customer service. I waited two hours and they didn't activate. I called customer service and was told these two boxes had "not been scanned to your account". She tried to activate them "manually" and couldn't do it. I was told she could re-enter another order and send out two more. Of course "in 3-5 working days". OR I could drive across town to a TWC office and have them scanned. Then drive back home, reconnect them as see if they worked. So, 27 days after I ordered 2 of these kits, I have none of the channels back that they took away. I pay more for my cable bill than I do for my utilites. It is the most expensive one bill I pay and yet the customer service is just horrible! I'm writing a seperate bad review for all the trouble I have had since getting digital phone.
