I have tried to get direct tv service and was suppose to be hooked up on Feb. 10. I sat at home for 4 hours waiting for them to come and they never showed up. I called to find out what happened and they told me that I cant have service with them because my dad had an account with them that was past due. I am being held responsible for my fathers account. That makes no sense to me how they can tell me that since my dad owes them money I cant have an account with them.
