AT&T Why???
The process replacing my iPhone, through customer service was simple. The price for a new iPhone is cheaper than the deductible. That isn't even including the monthly fee that is added ritually each month. One should take care of their customers. It's great to gain another person (not client) as a customer. It is abundantly more beneficial to keep a customer each and every renewal. Especially us, who pay hefty bills on time every time, (might be day or two past). You should at least provide a proof-life or some reliable type of case to protect our new iPhone with the profit being made.
What really gets me is that when I purchased my iPhone it was brand new. I was sent a refurbished one. Pondering between the deductible, monthly fee and you will not even consider of throwing a little extra (life-proof case) appreciation to those customers who do pay and do not increase your collection department over head cost.
I mean why? You have the world in your hands and the door revolves for your well paid customer accounts. Reasons like this is why I cannot wait to gain this journey towards my bachelors so I can get a career building programs to help increase productivity while lowering overhead through programs and technology. So If anyone has idea%u2019s towards this terrifying amount being delivered to my account next month. Being a full time student and struggling to gain employment is tough enough, before even doing the math of the monthly fee plus cost of deductible, the option of purchasing cheaper and pay my way out, or just take it on the chin.
Especially when you purchase a brand new phone and end up with a refurbished phone and adding the deductible plus monthly fee being added on top of a bill that will average$160 a month, and on Christmas.
