Stole money from me never sent iphone life proof case

I ordered a life Proof IPhone 4S case for around $50.00. It has been almost 3 weeks and nothing has come. When i finally went to contact the company, The website was GONE and there evidence of the website existing. The money was removed from my account but still no IPhone case.
