Does anyone at orbits even care anymore!?
Over the past 2 months after paying fully for a cruise i booked through orbits, i requested an itemized printout of payments and discounts applied, (i had three discounts). To date, my final bill is still wrong and they haven't sent me a bill printout so we can straighten it out. The cruise line applied the discounts on there end but orbits is completely dropping the ball. After using orbits for five cruises in the past, i will never use them again.
