My flight was canceled and I was downgraded from first class to economy on the next flight out. I was told I would get a refund for the difference which is $300. I have filed the complaint with the airline customer service and am told to wait because they are very busy. It has been 4 months now. I call every week and leave messages. I have e-mailed and received a responce to keep waiting. I cannot get the airline to respond. I am willing to take a voucher at this point. What can I do?
