Valu-pass charged my checking account without authorization or knowledge they were doing this

This company some how obtained my personal information and signed me up for their services. I did NOT subscribe nor want to subscribe to this service. They debited my checking account without my consent or approval. I want my money returned and cancel this fony membership they created a.S.A.P.!
