3 issues:
1) I thought I was booking through the Westin hotel website. I had never heard of RoomStays and don't know how I ended up calling that number. I told the representative that I wanted the corporate rate for the room booking. He never acknowledged that I was in error he just said he had a better rate
2) I wasn't sure if I needed to be away for 1 or 2 nights. He told me that I could cancel by 4:00 pm 4 days before and there would be no fees which is not what the confirmation says.
3) I am a Canadian who booked a hotel in Calgary, Canada and my Visa was charged US rates.
