What a joke, there was an issue with the "ghost card" as my hotel explained it to me. When the front desk associate called to resolve the issue she was told the the CS rep at Orbitz did not have authorization to resolve the issue. How can you run a business and not have the ability to resolve issues. I will never use this service again. I ended up paying more to orbitz than if I had called the hotel directly. You do not save money using these services in fact you spend more a lot more
