Cancellation and poor customer service

On June 29, we closed a with JA Air Charter (Sugar Grove, IL). The agreement was for journey on the light aircraft from Detroit, Illinois to East Hampton, NY leaving August 17 and returning July 20. The agreement involved our charge card which may be approved like a deposit for that journey. On August 10th they delivered us a trip schedule that involved names of guests, starting times, FBO info and pilot's titles.in those days we were informed that anything was good and also the journey was as planned. About the morning of July 15 (36 hours before starting) they named us stating they were not able to complete our journey “because we are in possession of another journey that peopleare likely to do instead.” Therefore we were left with no airplane each day 5 before departure with no other available choices but to fight for ourselves. We had the ability in the last second to locate another aircraft, but we'd to pay for thousands of bucks more. They neither agreed to get us another plane or (a whole lot worse) provided us an apology. We've never seen back from their store! The one thing that people were pleased about is the fact that though we offered them our charge card to secure the aircraft, they required an upfront cable. We declined to deliver it. We would have dropped our cash. Don't conduct business with JA Air Charter, nor deliver them a cable. Since even although you possess a closed agreement this means NOTHING!
