When I contracted atypical pneumonia while on a cruise from Budapest to Prague, I was admitted to a Prague hospital, via the ICU, from 05/22 to 05/28. My trip insurer, CSA Travel Protection, failed to ensure that I received adequate medical care and overcharged for an upgraded air fare return to the US. On arrival at SeaTac Airport 0n 05/29 I went directly to the ER at Tacoma General Hospital and was admitted immediately. The economy allowance is $4,174.30. Without my knowledge my sister in Seattle was told she had to pay $4,984.77 for an upgrade to business class, which she did. CSA refuses to refund the price of the economy ticket.
