Legoland Malaysian deal - no response from travel agency

Bought the deal to Legoland malaysia recently.
After i bought the deal i emailed the agency on Sat 15Sep to book my trip but there was no response till now
Had tried calling the agency since Monday and nobody picked up
I tried to call several timings in morning and afternoon but there was no response at all!!!
