My mother bought a e-ticket from this company http://www.cheap. Flight-deal.org / on August 12 and pay through bank transfer. Flight deal agency had sent her payment instructions, saying they would provide the e-ticket 12 hours after she had confirmed the bank transfer in the "My Itineraries section of their website". My mother is trying to contact anybody by email, and have no answers since then. Now she has no e-ticket or money. Pleas help us.
