I arranged a resort and trip to New Orleans to go to a meeting which was later ended because of Hurricane Isaac. After I noticed that Usa was providing discounts to clients who preemptively ended, I named Orbitz and attempted to stop the bundle. Their customer support reps were totally unaware about both Storm and Usais present, despite the fact that the Orbitz site had a the plan. I named Usa and luckily they ended the trip and returned my income. Orbitz, however, declined to return me the cash I prepaid for that resort, despite the fact that I attempted to stop the reservation nearly 48-hours before check in. They advised me that lots of (although not all) of the resort reservations are non refundable and there's no method to inform which concerns are refundable just before scheduling. Appears like a fraud in my experience.
