Poor Customer Service

My partner and that I bought a-5 time holiday through Gecco Advertising in 2011. I, Briley Leveronne have been in touch with Lauren, within the Wellington, Fl office many times. She explained she'd forward our verification via email. I approached Lauren 4 occasions within the span of three months since we didn't obtain that verification. On August 22nd we obtained a contact that included verification times of March. (Your journey is for December) I named work back and described I had been getting disappointed since it was my fifth phone. I discussed that I'd been really individual and comprehension but this wasn't an excellent first impact about the organization. Lauren turned extremely defensive and stated I had a need to recheck my mail. She stated, "Well this is actually the fifth period we've needed to cope with you."
