I am a member of Interval world since 2007. Never used it until last year in December they were offering a free getaway promotion if I purchased their selected getaways. But before I purchased a getaway from intervalworld.com, I called them prior to find out that if I'm not able to make to the destination, will they send the the free getaway voucher to my home address, and the agent replied yes. Waited for almost 3 months and never received anything. Called them up, and they denied they ever said that. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They had 60 days to resolve the dispute, but no reply was given and I received a full credit for the purchase. Now, I'm trying to login to my account and it has been freezed since 3 months. Spoke with the manager in charge, instead she told me that either you pay us back the disputed amount or we will keep it freezed. Really I don't care for such a company who does'nt stand to its customers, but at least give me access or credit me the difference till my membership expires for which they charge a fee. And the manager replies, NO!!!
