NWA lost my daughters baggage and even though it was found and they were informed that it contained perishables and promised prompt delivery, they were negligent, incompetent & rude. The suitcase was delivered more than 24 hours after it was found and the contents were spoiled and had to be discarded. All day long on 01/11/09 the customer service reps said the bag was set up for immediate delivery which never happened. Yesterday a NWA employee called me and the call was promptly disconnected when she said my daughter should be compensated.
