Priceline is dishonest and practices false and deceptive advertising.
We booked a "name your price" hotel and the hotel they booked was not in the area described. The hotel was 2 cities away from the resort area we selected. We spoke to the hotel and they said they get many calls from priceline customers (suckers) who thought they were booking in a different area.
They will only pay attention when they get enough push back from the public. The key is WIDESPREAD attention. If you had a bad experience you need to spread the word in as big of a way as you can.
If enough people hear these stories it will make a difference. That is the power of the media. Also post your reviews on reveiw sites as well. I have never experienced a company with such utter disdain for customer satisfaction. Priceline needs to improve their customer service.
