The company starts out by giving you a high pressure sales pitch on a seemingly nice cruise. Once they hook you all of the easy friendly "customer service" ends. They give you the run around and make it nearly inpossible to talk to the same person twice.
After my first complaint they tried to settle my nerves by improving my trip. After the improvement lies the upgrade was not available for "my guarenteed date of travel".
My second complaint was the run around and agrivation from the employes. After repeatedly asking for a refund I grew agrivated and ended the call. I gave them another call and after a good amount of tying to get a refund with out a sign of giving in I hung up in pursuit of another way.
I am still on persute of a refund.
This cruise is not a deal. It is only a headache.
