I purchased 3 timeshares from Billy Wind in June. He strung me along for over a year with one excuse after another as to why these transactions were never completed.
Initially, there was frequent communications from his associates, Debra Turner and Cheryl Cielsinski, which abruptly ended in May.
Numerous attempts to contact them via email have been unsuccessful.
Just want my money back.
