Spinaker Resorts contacted me and offered a package of 4 days 3 nights in Orlando, 4 days 3 nights in Daytona, FL and a 4 day 3 night Carnival cruise any port Carnival sailed from. This offer required a pitch to sell a timeshare. This described the phone conversation, what I received in print to confirm the package was a 3 day package in Orlando, nothing in Daytona and no mention of the Carnival cruise. I went on-line to find if Spinnaker had any bad press before I received my confirmation package and I found plenty of bad news from this organization, so much so, I called to cancel my reservation. Here is what I received from my phone call to cancel - incorrect mailing address to send my cancel letter, incorrect name of the Spinnaker manager in charge and my cancel letter was returned due to false address. I have called (six times) and left recorded phone messages to cancel my reservation in total and to date have had no (zero) return calls from Spinnaker Resorts. I have contacted my credit card company in advance to stop payment and they have complied with my request. This company is unprofessional, deceptive and will not communicate in ways that assist the buyer.
