Orbitz.com agent take advantage to give my daughter only chice, pay $244 when she has to change her tickets, she was refused to offer cheap ticket at same time, same condition and same airline. Their cancel or change policy is a lie. If you change or cancel your tickets, you not only lose $180 as said, you lose more. My daughter lost $400 when she changed her tickets.
