United Service Sucks

My wife and 2 kids were stranded in San Francisco on there way to Houston and then to Mexico they were already on the plane ready to go to Houston when everybody had to get off. They said they had Plane problems so when they finally got there new boarding pass my wife called me and told me they were going to miss the plane to Mexico. So I called United and told them what had happened and I wanted them to book A motel room for them and A cab but they told me that my wife had to do that at customer service when they got there. But it was 1 AM and customer service was closed. They sent her downstairs to A different counter and they told her that there were no more rooms availible she then asked for A couple of blankets and pillows for the kids and they told her we dont have any so they had to sleep on the floor without. And they told her that there wasn't going to be another flight to Mexico until 7:30 PM. So @ 7:00 AM she went to customer se rvice and asked for a room and they told her that it wasn't because of plane problems that they were late. It was bad weather and we don't pay for rooms in that situation. The wife told me it was vary beautiful weather. So she and the kids ended up spending all day in the airport until they finally got to leave for Mexico. I watched the video united breaks Guitars and read other peoples storys on line. Unless you will do something about this. We will never fly united again. We treval about 2 to 3 times a year but it might be with another airline from here on.
