At first it was the weather for the first delay. Then while I was delayed overnight with my 10 year old son i asdked that they pay for us to get a room for the night and was told your company does not do that. Well the next day i was told by two single guys that your company paid for them to have a room AND paid for a shuttle there and back! My 10 year old son and I had to sleep in the airport on the freakin floor! Then when it was time to catch our flight out we were told there would be another flight delay because of maintanance. Shouldn't that have been done during the delay for the weather? After it was time to board again there was yet another delay because there was not enough room on the plane because they were putting passengers on our flight from previously delayed and cancelled flights. I did not pay the expensive price on tickets i paid to watch my seats gave away and the topper having to sleep on the filthy floor in the unsecured area with my son while two adult men among others were boarded and i was told your company does not do that for customers. I will not fly your airline again unless this problem is fixed and i fly every year on your airlines.
