Worst travel experience ever. My bag got left in Cleveland, Ohio, because a clerk at my starting destination could not print a label for the bag. The customer service representatives cannot even help me get the bag forwarded to a location close to me. Even the baggage claim people cannot get a hold of anyone in the Cleveland, Ohio Station. What kind of customer service is that? Can someone please try to get a hold of the Cleveland station so that I can have my bag. I was traveling from New Carrolton, MD to Wausau, WI. I need my bag!!! This is not acceptable!
