I recently went on line and reserved a truck for the following saturday and got my reservation order back and down loaded it well when i got to uhaul that saturday morn everything changed from prices to milege, i was so hurt cause i had to make that move right then o time left to spare and this was in lake charles la on hwy 14 location they told me they had to change my time and reservation then the prices wen up and they told me i would be charged for 15 miles for the move since i was only going 4 miles i agreed to it but when i got back the next morn to check on it i owe for 40 miles and and i just put 30 dollers in there but they said i was stil low on gas somebody tell me were does it cost 60 dollers to go 40 miles they said i traveled i dont get that my 9 year old grand baby can do that math and see that something is wrong with that, they are really taking people money with that machine people cant read and the s they have people paying for i really feel its time for them to be ordited and investigated for fraud and theft i think when you are ripping peole off you ould at least be polite and courtious and as i sai bbb investigate uhaul hwy 14 lake charles la exchange and trade commision we need you now investigate and stop the stilling we are citizens to be protected too
