Ive never been ripped off like this before to start they changed my reservation and then charged me more for rental after i thought they was suppose to honor my reservation then they was very rude to me o left that and made a local move 2 trips 14 miles top they count forty miles to charge mefor that i put 30 dollers worth of gas they said that was not enough gas were would anybody pay over two hundred dollers for a local move thats not possible but yet they was working on that with the gas and mileage i know for a fact why would gas cost so much for 40 miles i refuse to give them more money and hope something can be done with them stealing and lieing with that machine i would never do bussiness with the hwy 14 uhaul and will do everything in my power to make sure that place is investigated for their practices and fruad over there they know what their rude tells are doing and the trade commission and the bbb need to get involved and they need to audit and and investigate them and i will make sure it get done pastor: minister alvin j pullam sr.
