Never used hotwire for airline reservations, yet my credit card was charged and after reporting it as a fraudalent charged got a call from hotwire employee, name tina, who claimed to be from the fraud department, and she acussed my daughter of making the charges, since the tickets were for her family. I have full documentation from all this diferent internet sites, about conversations and responses to my inquire, yet when hotwire called my house they were using a ficticious phone number (, i was given the fraud department phone number by anther employee who helped me with the first complaint...) and this "tina"was very arrogant and rude. Im still disputing this refund. Its for the amount of 2796.00...
