November reserved & settled Edreams British £284 for Malev air-tickets, not a problem etickets came. Nevertheless, in center of May simply fourteen days before starting Edreams shipped to express "sorry, Malev atmosphere gone broke. We shall attempt obtaining reimbursement however, you have to guide option flight and we shall not ask you for booking fee"... I arranged thru Edreams another flight for same journey... You thought it, they billed me again for booking fee.
Now back from vacation, all went well-but before and after holiday Edreams proceeds to dismiss my recurring emails re reimbursement of my £284 for that Malev routes and reimbursement of the booking fee. Based on "Google" Malev atmosphere went into Liquidation 4th March & most vacation providers were conscious of issues as far back as November.
If Edreams can just obtain customer support answer problems resolved it may be a great travel broker... My recommend, avoid Edreams and guide elsewhere. When they return me I'd provide them with another evaluation.
