I booked on line and made an error with the dates. As soon as I realised i contacted eDreams to cancel (as was allowed for in the booking conditions).
I also checked the airline website and found that the eDreams quote was greatly inflated. I have rung (and been promised that my cancellation would be sorted immediately) and emailed a number of times. I may seem impatient (I am) but the poor reputation of this company (I only found out when searching after I ran into trouble) concerns me, especially as it seems to be recommended on Trip Advisor (despite many many complaints on the TA site).
