I booked a room through hotels.com, then used their online form to report a lower rate. The lower rate was for the same type room and was on the hotel's website. Hotels.com claimed that the notice was too short and would not honor their Price Match Guarantee. I'll be taking a break from using this company, and suggest others do the same.
